The Sidus Link Bridge serves as a wireless transceiver that enables the connection of older 2.4GHz Aputure lighting fixtures to the Sidus Link mobile app. The Sidus Link app is a recent innovation in the Aputure ecosystem that enables users to control devices such as the LS C300d II and Aputure MC, the first two fixtures with Sidus Mesh compatibility, from their smartphones or iPads. This app and network also offer access to new features, such as advanced FX control, the Color Picker, and Source Match tools.

With the Sidus Link Bridge, previously incompatible Aputure lights that were only controllable via the included 2.4GHz remote can now be controlled through the Sidus Link app on a mobile device. The Sidus Link Bridge connects to a user's mobile device and other Sidus Mesh fixtures via two-way Bluetooth communication, and it uses Wireless RF Protocol to transmit commands to legacy lights.

Users can now control their lights using their mobile devices, and gain access to 9 built-in Sidus Link lighting effects and the SidusPro FX feature set. The Sidus Link Bridge also features an IP65 dustproof and waterproof design, a 100m RF range and 80m Bluetooth range, over 18 hours of battery life, fast USB-C PD charging, and an LED indicator that adjusts its brightness according to its surroundings. This makes the Sidus Link Bridge a versatile tool suitable for any filmmaking environment.
